Talent Management

This process assists leaders in identifying and understanding who is equipped to take on the next level leadership.  This means taking the time to discuss interest in future roles, experience necessary to be promoted and time for essential development.  This process will help identify successors, provide plans for development and an approach to follow-up on progress to achieve the plan.

This process supports talent development by assessing current talent on staff, identifying top talent, development issues and gaps in managing team talent.  These sessions involve senior level leadership in preparation, planning and follow-up to ensure current and future talent is engaged in developing next level leadership.

The overall system of managing employee progress to goals, culture and professional development is encompassed in this system.  Performance management covers the all encompassing process of talent acquisition to professional development throughout the lifespan of the employee experience.  The performance appraisal is a key part of this process and will be evaluated for effectiveness and fit with the culture and leadership skillset for providing effective feedback to employees.
