Drawing on her background as a PK–12 administrator, adjunct professor, and certified Trustbuilder Coach, she brings practical expertise, strategic insight, and a personalized approach to leadership development. Through coaching and professional learning, Tracie empowers leaders to strengthen their skills, build meaningful relationships, and create lasting, positive impact in their schools and organizations.

Greg Husted presented to students in our Principal Certification Program who recently took the Gallup Strengths Assessment. The training was extremely thought provoking to each of them. It gave them the tools to be self-reflective about who they are as individuals and helped them define what type of leader they will be in the future. All of the student feedback was positive.
