Greg Husted, MBA (Founder and CEO)
For more than 25 years, developing effective leaders has been my passion. Through various strategic Human Resource and Organizational Development roles, I have emphasized talent management administration, leadership development, coaching, and communication consulting.
My background includes senior corporate and retail banking leadership in Human Resources, regional sales management, production and performance improvement, project management, core systems conversion, and acquisition training. In recent years, I’ve focused my efforts in the health care sector, supporting talent and leadership development with a strong emphasis on strategic thinking, effective communication, and cultivating healthy workplace cultures.
As an Adjunct Professor of Business at Gonzaga University for the past 17 years, I’ve had the opportunity to teach both undergraduate and graduate-level courses in management development, organizational behavior, training and organization development, compensation and appraisal, effective communication, leadership resilience, change management, and conflict management.
I bring passion, expertise, strategic insight, and creative leadership coaching to every consulting session. I am a Certified Maxwell Leadership Team Member, drawing from proven leadership principles to help others grow their influence and impact. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I focus on helping individuals identify and leverage their natural talents to become more effective, confident leaders. Additionally, as a Ramsey Certified Financial Coach, I offer guidance on personal financial wellness—an essential aspect of leadership within our own homes and personal lives.
