Greg Husted, MBA (Founder and CEO)
For more than 25 years, developing effective leaders has been my passion. Through various strategic Human Resource and Organizational Development roles, I have emphasized talent management administration, leadership development, coaching and communication consulting.
My background includes Senior Corporate and Retail banking leadership in Human Resources, regional sales management, production and performance improvement, project management, core systems conversion and acquisition training. In addition, my focus in the last few years has been as a Health Care leader for talent and leadership development focused on strategic thinking, effective communication, talent management and culture training.
For the last 17 years, I have enjoyed my role as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Gonzaga University for both undergraduate and graduate level courses in management development, organizational behavior, training and organization development, compensation and appraisal, effective communication, leadership resilience, change management and conflict management.
I bring passion, expertise, strategic insight and creative leadership coaching to each of my consulting sessions. I am a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach focused on the individual leadership talents and specifically how to utilize what we know about ourselves to uncover and enhance strengths in leadership. I coach leaders at all levels on their journey to realize their fullest potential as a professional.
