In these classes you'll learn about the following: Building Resilience requires a demanding skillset, which includes flexibility, resourcefulness and the ability to be agile in the face of disruptive change. This can be accomplished by developing a growth mindset through exploration of your self-awareness and persevere regardless of the circumstances of your current reality. Identifying Leadership Talents is about understanding the talents you naturally bring to the greatest challenges you face. When you utilize your talents to the fullest extent, challenges can be managed and obstacles overcome. Communicating Effectively is key to success in all interactions but is one of our greatest challenges. Communication is often complex and finding ways to interact effectively with others can be achieved with focus and practice. Financial Leadership is important for us to feel confident in our everyday lives. When you are financially secure, focus on everyday tasks are easier and achievable. In this session, a financial expert will give us best practices for success.
